We have a need for a Business Analyst.
Remote, but if can work onsite periodically in Waukesha, WI that would be a big plus

Generac is looking for a Business Analyst to engage for about 6 months(link removed) This person would work with their automation team that develops robots in UIPath. The BA would serve as a coordinator for that development. Some additional info:
- Don't have a BA role on their team right now. Single threaded with one person doing all of the roles.
- They have UIPath developers and want to keep them busy.
- Work with the business on their idea for automation. Document their flow and suggest how it could be improved before automating the process. Complete the definition document - flow chart and hand it off to the developer.
- Document current and future states
- Work with finance, operations, supply chain, etc. All functions.
- Want someone who can think outside of the box. Challenge what they are hearing from the business. Ask more questions about the full life cycle. What they are asking for may cause a bottle neck at another place in the process. Need to ask questions about it while they are gathering requirements
- Assists stakeholders in identifying process improvement opportunities
- Work on 2 - 3 at a time.
- Would prefer a full time role.
- Having PM skills would be a benefit
- Familiarity with UIPath
Pay range - $42 to $48 per hour on W2.
