Your role will be to manage existing client data & prospect data, handle website queries,

assist & provide monthly reports & run social media campaigns.

RE Q U IREMENT S / EXPERIENCE

Min 2 years of proven work experience as a Zoho CRM Support executive in a SaaS company,

Customization & Automation of Zoho processes for efficient data management

Track record of achieving sales quotas, support Sales Team with timely insights

Familiarity with MS Excel & PPTs (analyzing spreadsheets, charts, pivots)

Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
