Zonal Retail Experience Executive at Kohler Co. Introduction At Kohler Co., we are a leading global manufacturer in the plumbing industry, known for our high-quality products, innovative designs, and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Zonal Retail Experience Executive in Hyderabad. Job Purpose This role exists to set the drive the execution of brand display at showrooms and trade shows for all products faucets/sanitary products for the assigned geographies. Roles & Responsibilities Planning and execution of the retail deployment calendar and activities at all showrooms with high efficiency. Planning and Execution of the Exhibition and Launch displays. Ensure new product launch zone in showrooms are regularly updated with new products. Constantly innovate and improve the display situation. Build and improve upon the vendor base of good vendors who. provide quality services cost effectively. Lead the team of specialized KTAs (for the respective area handled) to execute retail designs at Retailer. Skills And Knowledge Minimum of a bachelors degree in interior design & Exhibition Design/architecture with at least 3 years of marketing experience. Proven successful track record is a must. Possess strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Proficient in English. Frequent travels are required
