Handling a team of front line managers and business development executives. Developing strategic sales objectives, preparing customized presentations based on opportunity analysis. Proper implementation of strategies in the eld as designed by the Marketing Team. Effectuating sales promotion as a part of brand building & market development effort to enhance molecular & genetic service. awareness. Build rapport with the existing KOL's & Corporates for business expansion and development. Ensure promotion of Genomics & Proteomics Services, Molecular biology Consumables services to the Govt & Private Research Institutes & universities, Pharma, biotech companies through assigned team. Job Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad Salary: Upto 7.00 Lacs P.A. Functional Area: Sales & BD Desired Candidate Profile Should have experience of 3-4 years in similar capacity. Should have handled a team of sales Managers / Executives. Should have dynamic personality and. excellent communication skills. Experience: 4-8 years Education: (UG - B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E. - Bio-Technology) AND (PG - M.Sc, M.B.A. , M.Tech - Bio-Technology
