Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and providing information to internal departments
- Handling inbound/outbound customer service calls - 1st level Escalation
- Managing the order process
- Checking inventory levels as needed
- Experience in Excel and Microsoft office is required
- working in a smoke free environment
- Basic Software Skills
- Account Management (1 year of experience is required)
- Call Center Support
- Microsoft Excel
- Experience level: Experienced
