Responsibilities
- Personal Defined Benefit Team. This team assists small business owners + establish benefit plans for them from start to finish (retirement planning from set up, annual maintenance, plan termination)
- Distributes mail, maintains files, operates office equipment, monitors team voice mail and email box
- Prepares reports utilizing Microsoft Office and other company software, works in Excel spreadsheets in support of team activities
- This position also includes helping draft client communications and review of client responses
