Position plusses

* Will manage a small team consisting of 1 SAP Functional Analyst, 1 MES Administrator.

* Hybrid position. We expect 1 day a week in the office(link removed) Certainly more frequent the first 6 months.

* Will manage the transition to S4 Hana - We will likely do a brownfield, possibly a bluefield conversion.

* Less than 10% Travel. We expect 1 week of travel per year to our HQ in Berlin, Germany. Maybe an industry conference once in a while. Nothing more

* PTO is 19 to 24 days per year(link removed) PTO 15 to 20 days, plus 4 days floating holidays.

Both PTO and sick time hours roll over year to year.

* Lead software upgrade projects in a validated and quality controlled manufacturing environment

* Collaborate with and influence key IT partners and business teams in our HQ in Berlin

* Collaborate with key local business partners, provide consulting and best practices towards middle and senior management in production, engineering, and quality, as well as in 3rd party OEM sales and business development

* You will be managing the service delivery and application support for our Digital Factory Systems and Manufacturing Operations.

* You will focus specifically on managing and expanding the core Siemens/Camstar MES application system, a highly integrated SAP ERP as well as a fully automated production line.

* You will be managing a small team and execute projects to implement new capabilities and system improvements as well as manage daily support for enterprise digital factory applications.

* The role also functions as IT Business Partner for manufacturing.

* You will be part of the extended Manufacturing Operations Sr. Management team in an advisory and consulting function.
