We are looking for a seasoned SAP ABAP Developer with extensive experience in both ECC and S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of ABAP development experience and hands-on expertise with AMDP, OData Services, CDS Views, Workflows, IDOCs, A e Forms, Extensions, SOAP Services, Web Services, and Interfaces. Strong object-oriented programming skills, particularly in integration areas like RFC, Proxy, IDOC, and RFC development related to WebMethods, are essential. Responsibilities: Develop, design, estimate, test, document, and implement ABAP solutions for both ECC and S/4HANA systems. Work on advanced ABAP programming concepts such as AMDP, OData Services, and CDS Views. Implement and manage workflows, IDOCs, A e Forms, and extensions. Develop and maintain SOAP Services, Web Services, and Interfaces for seamless integration. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure quick issue resolution and timely delivery of solutions. Provide technical expertise in identifying application issues and offering effective solutions. Develop detailed plans, accurate estimates, and technical program specs for development activities. Perform unit tests, system tests, integration tests, and acceptance tests for complex functions. Conduct performance tuning activities to enhance system performance. Engage with other team members in design, delivery, and deployment of solutions. Ensure technical architecture meets SLA requirements, including scalability, availability, and archiving. Provide operational support and participate in on-call support rotations. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best coding practices. Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Offer consulting services on new and existing initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer. Hands-on experience with AMDP, OData Services, CDS Views, Workflows, IDOCs, A e Forms, Extensions, SOAP Services, and Web Services. Strong expertise in integration areas like RFC, Proxy, IDOC, and RFC development related to WebMethods. Proficiency in object-oriented programming and ABAP development methodologies. Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Prior experience with S/4HANA implementations is a plus. Relevant SAP certifications are desirable.
