Talent Acquisition Coordinator Troy Consulting, a diverse Management Consulting Firm, is seeking a fire starter to support our growing Talent Acquisition Team. You will start by organizing interview schedules, emailing candidates, cleaning up resumes and writing job descriptions. We will teach you our unique way of interviewing and evaluating talent. What will you be doing? Assist in crafting and posting position advertisements in line with end-client staff requirements to external (online) job posting boards. Target source prospect talent in Troy's applicant tracking system (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and various other talent resume databases. Analyze/screen applicant resumes/profiles. Review, redact and reformat talent resumes/profiles into the prescribed company submission format. Prescreen minimally qualified talent prospects and direct-apply applicants, via Microsoft Teams, and refer well-qualified applicants to the responsible staff talent partner (recruiter) for further review and consideration. Accurately and timely input, update, and skill tag all talent profiles in the ATS. Create and/or update internal candidate tracking spreadsheets and required compliance logs/documents, etc. In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Lead or another designee, timely update recurring management metrics reports and progress scorecards, etc. Other duties may be assigned to meet client and internal recruiting needs and/or other staffing/recruiting-related support. What should you bring to the table? A high school diploma or equivalent (required); however, a bachelor's degree in HR management, communications, business, or another closely related field study, from an accredited college or university and/or industry certification(s), is preferred. At least three (3) years prior professional-level talent sourcing and/or HR/recruiting support experience; one (1) year of which may be substituted with a bachelor's degree. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional time management skills. Intermediate-level proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Savvy Internet sourcing skills. Unrestricted high-speed Internet connectivity, and a dedicated/personal cellular or land-line telephone.
