Title - Paid Media Specialist

• We are looking for a paid media specialist to drive growth through our paid social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• You will be part of a large content marketing team and report directly into the social media manager to ensure paid media strategies are aligned with overarching marketing goals and social media priorities.

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing, executing and optimizing content marketing campaigns for paid promotion on social media
• Working cross-departmentally to align paid strategies and goals across the organization
• Providing actionable insights into campaign performance
• Defining, measuring and evaluating relevant paid KPIs
• Building out paid campaign calendars for various stakeholders and overseeing day-to-day execution of campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
• Project management of several ad campaigns, groups and initiatives
• Proactively sharing strategies, findings and key insights with the entire department

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in B2B paid media advertising, including content creation, creative copywriting and reporting
• Experience in healthcare/pharma/biotechnology is a major plus
• Relevant higher education
• Passion for content marketing, storytelling, branding and digital analytics
• Fluency in English
