Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Tech Support Representative in Marietta, GA.
Responsibilities
- -Handle inbound calls assisting instore associates with all their technical support needs
- -Assist with online orders and trouble shoot the online orders and accounts
- -Hours: Full Flexibility between 4am-11pm M-S
Required Skills : - At least 1-year of Call Center experience - Help Desk/technical support experience - Effective communication skills - Computer knowledge - HS Diploma or equivalent required Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
