Job Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients in a courteous and professional manner via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information about our programs, services, and resources.
- Assist clients in navigating our website and online platforms.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

- Communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with customer service software.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with client concerns.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
