Max rate :$20/hrly on W2
The Governors office is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a state wide Covid project. The contractor selected will work with several agencies including VDEM. They will be onsite at VDEM.
This position will provide day-to-day coordination of project tasks maintaining version control and providing administrative support for the project management information system. The position will undertake administrative project tasks, ensuring technical staff have adequate project support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, trustworthy, and detail oriented.
Competencies Required:
Primary focus will be on general office needs
Maintain the calendar and meeting requests of the Chief Data Officer and Office of Data Governance and Analytics
Manage sales meeting requests from vendors
