Role: Business Systems Analyst (ITOM/SecOps)
Location: Santa Clara/Remote
Duration: Long term
W2 Candidate

Must have:
ServiceNow platform knowledge is a MUST and non-negotiable
Anyone with good understanding of IT infrastructure/ITOM product suite along with some security concepts or process
SecOps portfolio
What you'll do in this role:
Listen and understand customers' business challenges in the context of Security Operations and ITOM products Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, CMDB and Discovery
Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with stakeholders
Identify, position, communicate, effectively the right solutions to solve customers' Security Operations problems
Accountable for the timely deliverable of projects as per established roadmaps by working closely with all the business teams and stake holders
Understanding of IT Infrastructure , Network and Security Tools
Advise as Subject Matter Expert and Trusted Advisor on the SecOps Capabilities along with the Best Practices
Lead Testing and Customer Acceptance Activities
Contribute to the thought leadership of the Security Operations Process and Tools
Develop and utilize platform knowledge and expertise in:
o Platform Configuration Best Practices
o SecOps and ITOM optimization
o Design of client specific functional requirements
Contribute to the continual improvement of business processes as well as the maturing of the SecOps portfolio, capabilities, expertise, best practices and solutions.
Skills:
5+ years' experience supporting the implementation, administration, and configuration of SecOps/ITOM/ITSM applications
3+ years' experience in ServiceNow development experience should include scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment
Understanding of SecOps market and related business processes is a big plus
Proven experience in defining and deploying 'to be' best practice processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process and technology perspective
Extensive experience driving large scale, complex global change initiatives and programs to a successful implementation.
Solid experience in requirements gathering, including experience in creating process documentation
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems and all key technical decisions
Desired certifications include:
ServiceNow Administrator
ITIL v3 Foundation and/or Advanced ITIL Certifications
SCRUM, Agile, and/or Scaled Agile
Experience in working with Enterprise IT software
Experience working within Agile or Scaled Agile frameworks
Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
