ServiceNow developer with DISCOVERY

Max Salary: $125K

Location: Remote (preferably US Central or Pacific time zone)

Fulltime with TCS

1. Experience as a ServiceNow Service Mapping / Discovery SME
2. Good knowledge of Discovery, MID Server Architecture, Probes, Sensors, Patterns and Identifiers
3. Manages and improves ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Services Mapping for inventory.
4. Lead Service Mapping initiative to establish service maps for services and applications
5. Add/update/remove Discovery credentials, Discovery ranges and schedules.
6. Should be able to troubleshoot issues with Discovery (Windows, Unix, Network devices, Storage, Databases, Cloud Services)
7. Works with Service Owners and SMEs to ensure that accurate resource discovered and maintained.
8. Designs enhancements/improvements for the maturity of the CMDB and Configuration Management process and translates them into business requirements.
9. Monitor CMDB health and resolve conflicts between data sources. Interpret Discovery logs and data to diagnose issues
