Our Alameda, CA client has a contract opportunity for a Business Process Data Analyst.
Job Description:
- Good communication skill is required. Project management experience is helpful but not required.

Years Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience required.
- 4-6 years programming/data analysis
Skills: - Knowledge of Field Service Operations and call management systems AND experience with relational database and reporting tools.
Education: - Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent work experience
Duties: - Uses knowledge of software systems/databases/tools (i.e.; Navigator, Reliability, IDEA, Lotus Notes, Cognos) to provide support and service for data/process analysis reporting and tool development.
- Develop data queries based upon adhoc reports required to measure effectiveness of business processess.
