Stream Data Centers is an industry-leading data center services company that provides unique infrastructure solutions to meet business needs. They are seeking a Senior Recruiter, Data Centers, to join their team for a 8 week contract. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for the company's various data center locations across the United States. You will work closely with the management team to understand their hiring needs and partner with the HR department to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a dynamic team in the data center industry and make a significant impact on the company's growth. This position is a temporary contract role on W2, no benefits. 20-30 hours a week, up to 40 depending on work load. You will work remote reporting to the Director, Talent Management. The length of the contract will be 8 weeks and is hourly.
Responsibilities - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various data center positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events to build a talent pipeline.
- Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on the recruiting process and best practices.
- Manage the hiring process, including offer negotiation and new hire onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting data in the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on data center or technology recruiting.
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software and recruiting metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures, and knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
