The Skin Clique prides itself on providing the best clinical training and onboarding experiences to Advanced Practice Providers. The Director of Recruiting and Onboarding will manage the provider recruiting and onboarding process at The Skin Clique. In order to achieve success, we need to recruit the right advanced practice providers the first time, every time. For this role, the ideal candidate will provide leadership in the areas of recruitment and retention, program design, tactical initiatives, and management. Candidates for this position should also have extensive experience recruiting healthcare providers and be comfortable with both strategic and tactical aspects of recruiting and onboarding.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRECRUITMENT:
- Serve as subject matter expert on recruitment initiatives for advanced practice healthcare providers.
- Evaluate current processes and implement best practices across recruitment initiatives.
- Work with Executive team, Operations Managers, and Clinical Supervisors to determine current and future provider staffing needs from a census and budgetary standpoint.
- Supervise Provider Recruitment staff.
- Identify and execute sourcing strategies for advanced practice healthcare providers (nurse practitioners and physician assistants).
- Develop recruitment plans for different recruitment strategies.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of employment laws and legal issues as they relate to provider-facing recruitment and staffing.
- Support growth initiatives and evaluate staffing needs.
- Identify geographic areas of opportunity for the practice.
- Communicate corporate culture when recruiting clinicians.
- Identify and utilize recruiting resources within budgetary amounts.
- Evaluate competition and recommend wage and salary/benefits to maintain competitive advantage.
- Utilize reports to identify trends, wage and salary structures, time to fill, recruiter statistics, and other reports as needed.
- Conduct regular follow-up/training with key stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Stay informed about trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
- Serve as the liaison to the leadership team and team members.
- Continually develop and coach Talent Acquisition team to meet targets.
ONBOARDING: - Collaborate with clinical staff development/education to relate a streamlined and efficient orientation process.
- Foster efficient onboarding processes with key attention to time of onboard and time of clinical practice launch.
- Partner with People Operations Director on strategic initiatives.
- Perform other duties as specified.

- Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM-CP) certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Three to five years prior recruiting/human resource experience preferred.
- Able to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Able to maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to effectively manage concurrent demands and multi-task.
- Detail-oriented.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
