Job Title:Executive Recruiter Work Location: Remote Duration: Long-term contract Education/Experience Required: Bachelor's degree Job Description & Responsibilities : We are looking to add an Executive Recruiterto our team who will leverage a proactive approach to recruiting and help drive a robust talent acquisition agenda. Create a strategic plan to source, and engage the future leaders of the company. Conduct initial screening conversations to effectively assess bar-raising talent. Track, analyze, and share pipeline activity updates with key stakeholders. Competitive intelligence, market mapping, and research. Skills & Qualifications : 6+ years of corporate and/or agency Executive Recruiting or Executive Sourcing experience. Previous executive search experience required (Director and above). Experience with direct sourcing strategies including referral generation, online social networking, resume database mining, and search engine sourcing to actively build candidate pipelines.
