The Webmaster will be responsible for maintaining and updating the company's website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, functional, and user-friendly. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web development, SEO, digital marketing, media buying, and organic social management. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and content creators. Key Responsibilities:Web Development - Develop and maintain the company's website, ensuring it meets business and user requirements.
- Create and implement website design and functionality changes based on user feedback, industry trends, and best practices.
- Manage website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the company's branding and messaging.
- Monitor website performance using web analytics tools and make recommendations for improvement.
- Troubleshoot website issues, liaising with IT support and external vendors as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop website content strategies and ensure website content is optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends and make recommendations for incorporating them into the company's website.
- Ensure website security and data privacy standards are met.
- Use social listening tools to gather insights on customer behavior, sentiment, and preferences to achieve business goals.
Media Buying: - Plan, execute and optimize digital media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other digital channels to achieve company's business goals
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify audience segments, develop campaign strategies and target ads to the right audience
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
SEO: - Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve website ranking on search engines such as Google and Bing
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and structure, and build backlinks to improve website authority
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior and search engine rankings, and provide regular reports and recommendations to improve SEO performance
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media buying, with experience in managing a minimum of $10,000 ad spend
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Minimum 5 years of experience in web development, with proficiency in web development tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz, and Ahrefs
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skill
Compensation: - $5,000 - $5,500 per month
- This will be a Monthly Project with intermittent deliverability
