Lightburn is seeking a talented and versatile Digital Marketing/SEO Analyst to join our digital marketing team. In this position, you'll be tasked with driving leads, revenue, and brand exposure across an array of marketing, advertising, and digital platforms. You'll perform keyword research, monitor user engagement across a wide range of clients, and report on overall site performance and SEO health. This role reports to our Director of Digital Marketing and will work closely with different roles within the agency as well as directly with clients.

Note: Lightburn is located in Milwaukee, WI but we are open to remote candidates based in the United States.

Requirements

What's Required

• 2-3 years experience in a digital marketing role
• Strong written communication and ability to synthesize data into client-friendly narratives
• Strong analytical skills
• Pay-per-click campaign development, optimization, and analysis
• Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization best practices, including technical SEO
• Experience with Google Tag Manager
• Familiarity with keyword research and management tools
• Expertise in Google Analytics
• Agency experience strongly preferred
• Email marketing experience a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research using various tools (like Google, Moz and SEM Rush)
• Track & report on metrics including traffic, landing pages, conversion rates and time spent on page
• Site speed monitoring & optimization
• Implement link building strategies and manage backlinks to build online authority
• Write and maintain metadata with an eye toward CTR
• Consult with the development team to help determine technical SEO priorities and tactics
• Maintain and execute PPC and email marketing campaigns
