Remote Role ServiceNow HRSD Senior Developer Part Time Location: US-TX-Dallas Email this job to a friend

Phone/Skype Hire. Location: REMOTE Duration: 12+ months (Only US Citizen) Job Rates: Open/hr/C2C The ServiceNow HRSD Senior Developer will play a key role in maturing the Commonwealth of PA's Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) ServiceNow platform. This individual will provide advanced support for developing ServiceNow code and architecture and will mentor and collaborate with commonwealth ServiceNow Administrators with considerable HR business knowledge. This individual will build solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, troubleshooting, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities: - Design, develop and build custom HR case forms with complex data validations, processes and workflows
- Design and support complex Flow designer, Studio Designer, Workflow editor and Mobile configurations
- Provide advanced support for HR Services, Record Producers, Knowledgebases, custom Portal pages and widgets, and Onboarding configurations
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for data integrations and integrations with external systems or applications
- Create, configure, deploy and debug technical solutions, such as client scripts, business rules, notifications, UI pages/macros/policies, script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets, transform maps, ACLs and restricted caller errors
- Create and populate new custom tables as needed
- Perform installation and testing of platform add-ons, vendor-provided updates, upgrades and new releases
- Enable and interpret performance logs, audit logs and call traces
- Create and use update sets to move configurations between ServiceNow instances and environments
- Mentor and share technical knowledge with service management team
Preferred Qualifications: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- 3+ years of experience configuring and administering the ServiceNow HRSD platform
- 3+ years of experience of ServiceNow development in an enterprise environment
- Expertise with JavaScript scripting language
- Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON), LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, SCP, FTPS
- Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as SAP and other external applications
- Web portal development skills, such as HTML, CSS, Java, JQuery, Angular JS, bootstrap
