Hiring for International Voice process - Technical Support.
Experience - 1 yr & above (only Tech support experience from a call centre/bpo background)
Qualification : Any degree
Immediate Joiners Required
Should have knowledge in technical - Troubleshooting and Networking
Must have excellent communication in English
Job Profile:International Voice (Technical voice Support)
- Providing Technical support which includes troubleshooting and networking
- To provide voice support to the customers
- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
- Application support
- Should be flexible for rotational night shifts
- 5 days working and 2 days rotational week off
- Transport: Free Door step pick up and drop Cab facility is provided
- Location:Ramanujan IT city, Taramani ,Chennai.
