The Digital and Web Experience Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. This includes planning and managing all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, from research and development to execution and measurement. The ideal candidate will understand digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. They will also be able to work cross-functionally with other teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall business goals, including developing and managing website content, managing social media channels, running paid advertising campaigns, and conducting market research. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with the organization's goals. Analyze target audience demographics, conduct market research, and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to create comprehensive plans to expand online presence and achieve marketing objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as search engines, social media, display networks, and mobile advertising. Monitor campaign performance to ensure maximum reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and improve websites and digital content for better visibility in search engine results pages. Conduct keyword research, perform on-page and off-page optimization, monitor website rankings, and analyze website traffic to drive organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Work with the marketing team to develop content marketing strategies, including creating social media content, videos, and other digital assets.
- Create social media campaigns, develop social media reports, and evaluate social media analytics to optimize social media performance and increase brand visibility.
- Utilize various analytics tools to measure and track key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, and social media engagement. Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, such as graphic designers, content writers, developers, and marketing managers, to reach digital marketing goals and achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor digital marketing trends to stay updated and knowledgeable on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with third-party agencies and Delta Dental association contacts.
- Develop effective working relationships with corporate leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the organizations vision, mission, values, code of ethics, and compliance/security standards.

Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a digital marketing specialist, manager, or similar role.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, web development tools, GIT, or other source management tools.
- Expertise with market research methods.
- Experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite), and applications (Web analytics (GA4), Google Adwords, etc.)
- Experience working with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Basic graphic design and editing skills.
