About the Role

RTM is looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Generalist to join our team! The ideal candidate is excited by the opportunity to create and plan digital campaigns. You will focus on partnering cross functionally with several teams on marketing collateral, copywriting and content creation. We offer extensive, ongoing training and a unique opportunity for both collaborative and independent work.

Our events are located in major cities throughout the country LA, Austin, San Diego, Miami, Chicago, DC, etc.. Our team travels together which is a truly unique experience, different from traditional work travel, which in turn cultivates interdepartmental relationships and friendships that drive our collaborative culture.

This role is Hybrid/Remote in NY, NJ and CT with 2 days a week in the office or remote in CA, FL, TX, PA, GA, OH, IN and SC(link removed)>

Requirements

  • Create and plan digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and awareness for sponsorship programs
  • Partner with the sales team to drive sales efforts and ensure that marketing objectives are closely aligned with sales activities
  • Manage and coordinate all onsite photos and videos to be used as marketing collateral on our websites and emails
  • Collaborate and manage event surveys and referral systems with Customer Success and Sales Operations Analyst teams
  • Work with cross-functionally with Delegate, Event Operations and Vendor Sales teams to create and update pages, collateral, websites, and signage
  • Design copywriting based on strategic direction to ensure content is informative and appealing for email, social media, testimonials, landing pages, and collateral
  • Manage targeted outbound email marketing campaigns from concept to completion in CRM
  • Manage inbound marketing on Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Set up A/B testing campaigns, monitor and optimisation of paid media campaigns (META, Google and Linkedin based on strategy) for continuous improvement
  • Create graphics based on templates (video, designs) to align with campaigns, or managing outsourced resources where needed to ensure quality control
  • Set up and/ or optimisation company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the companys social content
  • Publish and share new content (including original text, images, video) building meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand
  • Communicate with team and clients the outcome and analytics of a campaign
  • Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience is required
  • BS/BA in business, marketing, or relevant field
  • Ability to produce content and manage campaigns against a deadline
  • Demonstrated understanding in imagery and copy engaging audiences
  • Experience in managing social ad campaigns within Meta Business Manager
  • Experience in audience targeting and optimisation across different platforms for ad management (Meta, Google, Linkedin primarily)
  • Experience in managing email funnels and lead generation campaigns
  • Ability to adapt copy based on engagement and strategic direction provided
  • Experience in creating social media content across different platforms with an eye for content that will cut through the noise
  • Proficient in grammar, spelling and composition.
  • Ability to follow up and communicate deadline with team members
