Job Responsibilities:

• Lead daily technician route planning across GA and FL, emphasizing maximizing revenue production goals.
• Strategically route work to ensure optimal use of gas, minimize drive times, and enhance overall field technician efficiency.
• Ensure a balanced workload for technicians, focusing on achieving daily targets while conserving resources.
• Handle inbound and outbound service-related calls with proficiency.
• Schedule and oversee inspections/quality control visits, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Engage in real-time data entry, focusing on precise account management and fostering delightful customer interactions.
• Develop and uphold top-tier customer care programs.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics, emphasizing efficient routing and superior customer service.

Requirements

Requirments:

• Have a strong pest control or routing background, emphasizing optimizing resources and meeting route production demands.
• Exceptional planning, communication, and routing capabilities geared toward achieving financial and operational goals.
• I have a self-driven nature, complemented by strong organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
• I have outstanding written and verbal communication proficiencies.
• An adaptable mindset with the skill to navigate and resolve intricate challenges.
• Residency within 20-30 miles of Atlanta or its neighboring locales.
• Pass Drug screening.
