Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 (Base + OTE)

Location: In-Person (Alpharetta, GA Office)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Agency Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing digital marketing agency. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring the efficient management of teams and departments. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the agency
• Develop and implement systems and processes to improve agency workflows
• Oversee individual teams and departments, ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Assist in the development of managers to effectively run departments
• Collaborate with core team members and international team on various projects
• Analyze, identify, and implement strategies for revenue growth and increased efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in an operational role at a digital company (agency experience preferred)
• Proven track record of managing people and teams
• Demonstrated experience in improving business processes and systems for increased efficiency and revenue growth
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM EST
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and project management
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
