Direct Marketing Specialist North America Location: US-FL-Aventura Email this job to a friend

Job Summary As the Direct Marketing Specialist for North America, you will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing strategies, direct mail, advertising, and email campaigns to enhance Crystal's presence in the region. Collaborating closely with the Senior Director of Brand Marketing and global teams, you'll contribute to the development and reinforcement of strategies aligned with specific business objectives. Responsibilities and Accountabilities - Lead development of direct marketing initiatives end-to-end in partnership across marketing functions and global shared services team (including consumer insights, brand positioning, messaging, creative development, go-to-market plans, execution, measurement, marketing mix and reporting) that drive goals and key performance indicators.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of targeted direct mail campaigns, overseeing aspects such as list segmentation, creative development, production coordination, and post-campaign analysis to maximize engagement and drive desired outcomes.
- Manage projects and workflows end-to-end for email marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, content creation, audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis. Ensure seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams to deliver effective and timely email campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.
- Ensure that marketing campaigns and content strategies align with the broader Crystal brand strategy.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align ad content with campaign goals and coordinate with publishers for seamless execution of paid media campaigns.
- Develop insight-led creative briefs and collaborate closely with copywriters, providing clear project briefs, guiding messaging strategies, and offering constructive feedback.
- Review materials for accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency across all communications.
- Together with global shared services team, manage marketing calendar and ongoing creative deliverables (e.g., digital, and print/outdoor advertising strategies).
- Conduct weekly review and update of marketing plan for distribution with wider team.
- Track all brand marketing expenditures for monthly budgets and submit invoices for processing to Accounts Payable in a timely manner.
- Exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to all aspect of job functions

Expected Hours of Work The position is full-time and frequently requires working additional time outside of normal business hours. Requirements Education: bachelors degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, travel/cruise marketing experience a plus. Skills/Qualifications: - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs.
- Knowledge of (link removed), Asana, Smartsheet, Jira or similar project management tools
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or InDesign.
- Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
- Firm understanding of direct marketing and performance marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing tactics and strategies for affluent markets.
- Strong understanding of brand management and executing projects to guidelines.
- Must be highly detailed-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude who works well cross-functionally.
- Resourceful, creative self-starter who takes initiative to learn processes and get things done with little supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment where strategic brand-building efforts are priority start-up experience a plus.
