We license and distribute content to non-theatrical markets like worldwide cruise lines, U.S. colleges and universities, K-12 public schools and libraries, hospitals, motor coaches, Amtrak trains, correctional facilities and other markets such as parks, art museums and businesses. The Customer Relationship Manager is a vital role in ensuring service excellence to healthcare patient entertainment customers as well as Account Executive staff for Swank Patient and Family Entertainment Programs. This customer liaison role will interact with existing customers, develop new customer relationships and promote awareness and utilization of the program. Serving as a point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and Account Executive staff for process management, marketing and general sales support.

    • Develop, grow, and maintain strong relationships with existing Healthcare Patient Entertainment customers regarding; programs and usage, content publicity, promotional materials, technology updates, new releases, service announcements, websites and potential for upsell
    • Ensure successful patient experience by establishing effective communication with the customers
    • Manage renewals for existing customers and identify referral opportunities for future business potential
    • Implement all new accounts with the assigned Account Manager to ensure account success
    • Conduct regular customer business reviews to share product updates, grow relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Continue to build perceived value in the Patient Entertainment products by providing useful feedback on current messaging and marketing deliverables
    • Understand healthcare market needs to ensure patient and family satisfaction
    • Lead projects related to market data to understand trends and make data-driven decisions
    • Assist the Account Executives renewal efforts and provide support with process management, marketing, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 5+ years of demonstrated customer service/account management success
  • Healthcare experience, a plus
  • Create and lead presentations in person or remotely
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Canva as well as a CMS, a plus
  • Travel approximately 25%
