Company is very well established since last around 35 years and have strong focus on developing Herbal Procucts and Technologies and Research and Development ) to select 1 :

General Manager - Sales and Marketing.

Job Description :

Lead and motivate an experienced team across marketing and sales functions, setting and achieving targets with them and maximising their potential within their roles.

Active participant in the international OTC team, working closely with International colleagues to share best practice.

Develop, gain agreement for and ensure delivery of strategies to grow the OTC business.

Meet agreed sales and contribution targets for the portfolio.

Be responsible for delivering annual five year plans and brand plans in conjunction with sales and marketing teams and in the light of market dynamics and consumer trends.

Be responsible for cost-effective deployment of the annual advertising and promotional budget.

Oversee the generation of dynamic communication campaigns to build brand equity and support sales.

Actively seek new brand opportunities for their potential to grow the companys business.

Generate, and manage to launch, a pipeline of NPD for key strategic brands - dovetailing with plans from the International centre.

Have direct responsibility for all external agency relationships, from advertising agencies, PR agencies, design agencies, market research agencies, and external sales agencies.

Be responsible for annual OTC category management and trade marketing plan.

Be responsible for monthly sales volume and revenue forecasts.

Drive and continuously track achievement of sales, market share and brand health objectives, building performance insights based on marketing and sales activity evaluation and putting measures in place to ensure objectives are achieved, as required over time.

Lead and inspire extended teams internally (Finance, Planning, Customer Services, Regulatory, Inventory).

Champion the OTC group throughout the whole organisation.
Champion OTC group throughout the Industry PAGB, NPA, CCA and all key stakeholder groups.

Demonstrated abilities at communicating a clear, strategic sales vision, effectively training and coaching to sales and marketing team members.

Skilled in cultivate excellent relationships with new prospects and existing customers as well as developing creative sales technique and tactics to meet business goals.

Adroit in participating in sales conferences, industry meetings, and social networks to represent companys brand; hiring, training and guiding new candidates in their job responsibilities.

An effective communicator with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Sales strategy, media planning product wise, state wise; increased hands to cover more area to develop new business.

Overseeing national sales, promotions, collections and other activities to achieve sales target; building positive working relationship with existing clients for repeat business.

Identifying and contacting potential customers for new business opportunities as well as coordinating with sales team to plan promotional activities, trade shows and special events.

Maintaining sales management and reporting tools to achieve business objectives; coordinating with management to develop sales plan, budget and schedule.

Improving sales policies and practices as well as defining the sales cycle, created accurate job descriptions and developed standards for customer relationship management.

Accomplishing, marketing professional with broad retail sales and marketing experience, encompassing strategic planning, interactive marketing, creative development and media planning & buying.

Doing direct-marketing, e-marketing, public relations, sales promotion and visual merchandising, with the ability and skill set to provide creative, innovative, enthusiastic and forward-thinking leadership in a team environment.

Job Location : New Delhi.

Age Desired : 30-38 Years.

MBA / PGDM in Marketing having 10-15 years of relevant experience Preferred.
