Beeline Financial Corporation located at 2170 76 WESTWINDS CRES NE, Calgary, Alberta, T3J 5H2 Canada is looking for 1 full-time, permanent Office Administrator
Job Duties:
• Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Carry out administrative activities of our company Beeline Financial Corporation
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies and forms
• May train staff

Job Requirements: -
• Completion of Secondary School
• 1-2 years of experience is required

Terms of Employment:-
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: - $30.00 per hour- 40 hours per week. Overtime starts after 40 hours per week.
Language: English
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Work Condition: Ability to work independently, Tight deadlines & Attention to detail
Personal Suitability: Reliability, Organized, Time management & team Player
