Job Details
We are looking for a dedicated marketing and communications executive to join our marketing team and help us to accelerate Kantar Worldpanels position in the UK and Ireland. This role is critical to helping us to maintain and defend our position as the shopper and consumer behaviour experts in an extremely competitive marketplace. As the competition continues to increase, this role will be crucial in supporting the team to develop and implement the marketing strategy and initiatives to maintain and boost our position with clients and prospects. In this role, youll have the opportunity to work with teams and stakeholders at all levels across the business. Youll play a key role and be involved in a variety of different projects and initiatives that range from media relations and internal engagement to client communications, events and product campaigns, giving you valuable experience across the full marketing mix. Youll have support from the full team to develop and implement initiatives that help us to raise awareness of our products and services with new and existing clients. As experts in shopper and consumer behaviour, youll learn all about the retail market, shopper attitudes, trends and more and youll be able to put that to use as you help raise our brand awareness in the market to attract new prospects and customers. This role will report into the Communications Manager, and youll be joining a small but successful marketing team who cant wait to welcome you. Key responsibilities
Internal & external communications Working alongside the Communications Manager to: Support with coordination, reviews and edits of media partnership submissions Support with creating compelling content for social media Support with multimedia content (such as videos, podcast recordings etc) including coordination, briefing, delivery, reporting Create, build and execute the weekly In The Know internal newsletter including all content, email design and list management Maintain and manage the marketing pages for the intranet including regular updates, new page builds, development, etc Create and maintain the internal digital signage, identifying compelling content and regularly updating messaging working with motion designer to create impactful designs Assist with maintaining and building internal engagement with our content on our internal social platform, Viva Engage Providing communications and support to the Culture Club with their events and activities Supporting coordination and running of various town halls
Events/Client engagement
Working alongside the Offer Marketing Manager to: Support with event logistics such as drafting copy for event overview, invites, web registration page, social media posts, coordinating stakeholders, etc Support with coordination and execution of client newsletters, including sourcing and editing content from teams, building the emails and managing the delivery to targeted lists
Marketing campaigns
Working alongside the Senior Product Marketing Manager to: Conducting market and competitor analysis Support with creation of sales enablement material Contributing ideas and assist to implement marketing campaigns
Other duties including
Assisting with organisation of stakeholders, workshops, etc Coordination with designers Other duties as required Capabilities and experience The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: Excellent written English skills with the ability to write, edit and proof to a very high standard Experience with WordPress, email automation software/CRM, Google analytics, and the top social channels Ability to work with multiple collaborators and priorities The ability to adapt quickly, establish credibility and maintain strong working relationships at all levels in a proactive manner. Strong attention to detail, ability to work on own initiative and enjoy working and excelling as part of a team Continually seeks to improve and innovate Collaborative approach to work Ability to work in fast paced environment
