Job Description for the position of Production Supervisor - Tent Manufacturing at Millennium Tents & Party Rentals Ltd is as:

• Co-ordinate work activities with other departments.
• Prepare work schedules and establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Prepare production and other reports.
• Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, training and promotions.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
• Set up machines and equipment.
• Supervise, co-ordinate and review activities of workers.
• Test and inspect the end products to discover flaws.
• Follow all safety and health procedures to avoid accidents and hazards and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.


Skills and Experience requirement:

• Completion of Secondary Education is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
