Business Analysis Skills: Strong analytical abilities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design." Technical Understanding: Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (CMS)." Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language." Collaboration: Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations." Certifications: AEM Business Practitioner certification (preferred but not mandatory).Responsibilities" Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements related to AEM implementations." Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, identify pain points, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience." Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into AEM-specific solutions. Create detailed functional specifications, wireframes, and user stories." AEM Configuration and Customization: Configure AEM components, templates, workflows, and content structures based on business needs." Quality Assurance: Define test scenarios, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure that AEM solutions meet business requirements." Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business users, developers, and project managers. Provide regular updates on project progress." Training and Support: Train end-users on AEM functionality and provide ongoing support during and after implementation.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user guides, and system documentation
