Job Description
Social media and lead generation work Use social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, emails to build professional connections for you and for our company and answer their simple questions. No need to make phone calls. You should be able to use your LinkedIn account for purpose of this internship. Participate in a team to organize virtual (online) global conferences. Speaker initiations. Agenda planning. Event coordination.
Requirements
Analytical Skills: Understanding data analytics is crucial in digital marketing. Being able to interpret and analyze data from various digital platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) is important for optimizing campaigns and making data-driven decisions. Content Creation: Having skills in creating various types of content (written, visual, video) is important. This includes copywriting, graphic design, video editing, and understanding how to tailor content for different digital platforms. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Understanding how to optimize content to rank higher in search engines is fundamental. Knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, and link building strategies are crucial. Social Media Marketing: Proficiency in leveraging different social media platforms for marketing purposes are essential. This includes understanding the algorithms, creating effective strategies, and analyzing engagement metrics. PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising: Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other ad networks are crucial. This involves creating and optimizing ad campaigns for maximum ROI. Email Marketing: Knowing how to create effective email campaigns, understanding segmentation, automation, and analyzing email performance metrics. Understanding of Marketing Automation Tools: Proficiency in using tools that automate marketing processes, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp, can be very advantageous. Basic Design Skills: Being familiar with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other design software can be beneficial for creating visually appealing content. Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Knowing how to optimize websites and landing pages to increase conversion rates is crucial. This involves A/B testing, user experience (UX) design, and understanding consumer behavior. Adaptability and Learning: Digital marketing is continuously evolving. Being adaptable and open to learning new trends, tools, and strategies is crucial for success in this field. Communication Skills: Being able to effectively communicate ideas, strategies, and results are important, whether it's in writing, verbally, or through visual presentations.
