Position: Spa Receptionist
Hourly Wage: $21
Term of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Job Description:

Awesome Foot and Spa, located in Yaletown, specializes in Foot Reflexology & Massage Services. We are currently seeking a dedicated Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Spa Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations.

Detailed Job Duties:

• Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, book appointments, and manage inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Handle payment transactions and manage cash register
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
• Coordinate with therapists to ensure timely scheduling of appointments
• Provide information about our services, promotions, and packages
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively

Qualifications:

• Completion of Secondary school is required
• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• knowledge in MS Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Passion for wellness and interest in the spa industry
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
