Purpose of Role

We are seeking for a proactive and dynamic Lead, Channel Marketing, Pure Players to oversee our strategic Digital Accounts across the region, with a focus on UK, Germany & Submed, plus other key Online players and our Marketplace platform. The position reports to the Director Channel Marketing EMEA.

The role of the Channel Marketing Lead will be integral in delivering on brand, innovative and inspiring digital retail executions to elevate Under Armour's consumer experience in an online environment. The position will be tasked with executing major account marketing initiatives specifically designed to generate brand heat, engage the consumer on our product innovations and support conversion to drive commercial ambition. Knowledgeable in digital retail marketing techniques and their integration into wider brand communication activity, the teammate will be expected to build plans that enhance Under Armour brand equity whilst delivering upon the specific needs of the digital accounts target market. The candidate needs to be an excellent project manager having the ability to build and execute online marketing programs. He/she must have a strong track record of managing creative/media/digital agencies, and building excellent cross-functional relationships both internally and with strategic accounts. He/She also needs to have a strong commercial understanding to develop and execute omni-channel marketing programs from a ROI perspective.

Your Impact


Elevate Consumer Experience
: Craft and execute effective digital account marketing plans aligned with our EMEA marketing strategy, enhancing the Under Armour consumer experience in the digital landscape

Drive Conversion and Product Innovation:
Lead initiatives to drive conversion of UA product innovations at online retail, adapting global/regional campaigns and creating exclusive content for key accounts.

Manage Online Brand Presence
: Oversee the development and maintenance of online brand stores and product detail pages, ensuring seasonal relevance and alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Budget Management
: Manage annual account marketing budgets in collaboration with the EMEA channel marketing team and commercial account leads, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.

Strategic Planning and Collaboration
: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, manage, and deliver a strategic account marketing calendar, fostering strong partnerships with Pure Players and external agencies.

Performance Analysis and Reporting
: Monitor, measure, and report the impact of digital campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for digital account marketing discussions, representing account strategies and performance to internal stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Masters Degree favorable).
5+ years proven digital marketing/retail experience with sporting goods/lifestyle brands.
Strong understanding of the cross-functional marketing communication mix.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to develop and foster strong relationships with 3rd party strategic account teams.
Data-driven with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and methodologies.
Proficiency on digital marketing tools (PPC, SEO, Social, Retargeting, E-mail).
Experience with online advertising technologies like Google Display Network, Adwords, Doubleclick, Facebook Media, Criteo, Amazon Advertising is a plus.
Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong presentation skills in front of accounts/management
Team player with a passion for sports and-or fashion and have the desire to cross the line in first place delivering executional excellence.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrating dedication, enthusiasm and innovation
