Overall Responsibilities:
Perform large scale data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
Support existing workflows and reporting requirements for stakeholders, including the manual collection of weekly data for program review.
Drive efficiencies into the business tracking and monitoring progress.
Analyze work pipeline and workflow.
Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures, including the development of new dashboards where appropriate.
Skills required:
2-3 years of experience working with dashboards and reporting.
2 years of advanced experience with SQL (able to write queries for pulling from databases and ability to troubleshoot when data is pulled from multiple sources and is in complex sources or buckets)
BA/BS degree with an emphasis on work of a quantitative nature (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering-Mathematics).
Strong professional etiquette, organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to multitask, set priorities and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
