• Install and maintain Operating System, System Level Software and Patch Management, Different tools update like antivirus
• Conduct component performance management, define component performance management standard and policies, performance tuning of system/platform software
• Develop procedures for handling all planned and unplanned outages affecting the environment including review, approval, communication, and proper documentation
• Perform authorization administration and monitoring of Windows Servers
• Establish a test and implementation plan before each operating system version upgrade
• Install and maintain Operating System, System Level Software, and Patch Management, Different tools update like antivirus

• Develop procedures for handling all planned and unplanned outages affecting the environment including review, approval, communication, and proper documentation
• Perform authorization administration and monitoring of Windows Servers

• Communicate to Customer Focal Point, via the change management process set forth in the Process Interface Manual, any installation prerequisites (e.g., additional disk space and memory) and any post install procedures that need to be followed the installation is completed
• Ensure compliance by end users and Customer business units, via the change management process, with any communicated change prerequisites and post-change procedures
• Create, maintain, and delete volumes and directory structures
• Repair defective file systems
• User account group service account creation and access management
• Regular DC health check like replication, services
• Participate in the data retention policies about Windows servers
• Export historical performance metrics to other capacity management tools
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows virtual servers (VMware Hyper V)
• Firmware update of Physical servers ESXI
• Creation deletion of Snapshot checkpoint
• Monitoring of Virtual resources (storage snaps check point) through the script
