Objectives

Were expanding our team and looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist! In this role, you will define segments and create templates, build, test, and track automated campaigns, using A/B testing to drive engagement and performance.You will be working closely with our product, design, engineering, and growth teams, and enjoy being hands-on across marketing, implementation, and data-focused roles.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years experience in end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives including channel marketing, retention strategies, and exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Experience in a diverse range of challenges, encompassing marketing, data, and technical implementation
  • Expertise in creating personalized experiences through segmentation and developing and running multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Excited by a fast pace, start-up environment and a ready to hit the ground running attitude!


Your Responsibilities

  • Developing creative personalized touch points including user journeys and campaigns using a data-driven approach.
  • Assisting with content marketing efforts and optimization across multiple channels including owning our newsletter content initiatives.
  • Regular reporting and metric updates from platforms like CleverTap, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel.
  • Lead multi-channel tactics to promote engagement, retention and loyalty across email marketing, mobile communication, and on-channel messaging and advertising.


Bonus Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with CleverTap, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel or similar technologies
  • Experience with prompt engineering or generative AI
  • Experience with Canva and design support
  • Experience with SMS marketing
  • Expertise in centralized customer-data platform (CDP)
  • Working in a start-up environment
  • Experience with paid advertising
