We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our real estate team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in our firm's success by assisting with property listing management and lead generation tasks. Your ability to effectively manage property listings on retail websites and follow up on leads will contribute to the growth and efficiency of our real estate operations.


Responsibilities:

- Create property listings, ensuring accuracy and engaging descriptions.
- Manage and respond to all lead inquiries from rental websites
- Organize and track all leads in a spreadsheet for reports.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in rental marketing.


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Familiarity with property listing platforms, and lead generation techniques.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with extracting and following up with leads


Compensation:

This is a remote job offering $25-$35 per hour, with the potential for additional incentives based on performance.
