Office Administrator Location: CA-BC-Surrey Email Job

KBR Transport provides a wide range of services, including full loads, project and heavy haul movements, in-city same-day delivery, and power-only tractor services. Over the years, we have maintained the culture of a family-owned business. Now we are looking for an individual to take the role of Office Administrator in our company.
Location: Different locations within Lower Mainland, BC
Wage: $28.85 per hour
Work Schedule: 8 hours per day for 40 hours per week.
Start date: Starts as soon as possible.

The individual will be responsible for the following tasks:
Job duties:
• Manage office administrative practices, and review, assess, and put new practices into place.
• Enforce policies and procedures about the disclosure of records when responding to requests made in accordance with laws governing government access to information and privacy.
• Plan and coordinate office services like accommodations, relocations, tools, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, upkeep, and security.
• Set work priorities, assign tasks to office support personnel, and monitor compliance with processes and deadlines.
Job Requirements
Language: English
Experience: 1-2 years of experience
Education: High School
Skills: Team-Player, attention to detail, repetitive tasks
Benefits: 4% vacation pay or 2 weeks per year
