Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Digital Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns across various digital channels. As the Director of Digital Marketing , you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the performance of digital marketing efforts and make recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Intake, Community Outreach, and Creative, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, tracking expenses and ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, with demonstrated experience leading and motivating teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
