Eurohouse Interiors Inc. is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant
Permanent, Full time (30 hours per week)
Wage - $ 25.00 CAD per hour
Benefits: Pacific Blue Cross health insurance
Companys business address and job location: 1514 Marine Dr, West Vancouver, BC V7V 1H8
Main duties:
Provide administrative and clerical support to management;
Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner;
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings;
Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations for management;
Create and maintain different documents using office computer software;
Set up and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system;
Maintain office supplies inventory; anticipate needed supplies, place, expedite and receive supplies orders;
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained;
Establish office procedures and routines;
Maintain office cleanliness;
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Required qualifications:
Completion of secondary school is required; college diploma would be an asset;
Some previous office administrative/clerical experience is required;
Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
